24 Hour Cancellation Policy
All clients receive a 48 hour confirmation call, reminding them of the time, day and technician they are scheduled with for their appointment(s). Within this message the client is also notified to give a 24 hour cancellation notice. If the client does not call within the given period they are responsible for paying 40% of each service(s).
No Show Policy
If a client does not show for their scheduled appointment(s) more than twice they are responsible for paying 40% of each service(s).
Redo Policy
If a client requests a redo, the client must call within one week after the provided service(s). The redo appointment must be scheduled within two weeks after the provided service(s). This policy will be negated once a client has another salon tamper/correct their hair, nails, etc.
Return Policy
All purchases are final. We will accept exchanges or in salon credit.
